Inks in cosmetic tattoos may have metal oxides that turn orange/brown with lasers. We do not recommend doing it. Additionally, if you use a laser over hair—which should be shaved off—you may lose hair permanently.

We dont use that laser. Ours is 6,000 picoseconds and does not stop hair growth. If not shaved, hair above the skin does tend to turn white, then grows normally. We are certified in laser hair removal too, but only practice tattoo removal.

Yes, the Picosure should be able to remove tattooed eyebrows. You may also want to consider q-switched Nd:Yg lasers, as the 1064 wavelength has a higher absorption coefficient for dark colors than the Picosure. With all the marketing behind the Picosure, what they fail to tell you is that it works best on green ink, not black ink. Eyebrow hair should come and will be fine after treatment.
